Then, under the guidance of Franca and Irene, you'll roll up your sleeves and learn the art of making traditional Trapani pasta, such as busiata or casarecce, and the iconic cannolo. As the sun sets, the cooking transforms into a delightful dinner. You'll sit down with Franco, Franca, and Irene to savor a multi-course meal—from a welcoming antipasto to the pasta you made with your own hands, followed by a secondo, and finishing with your very own cannolo.
